Our goal? A clean and litter-free community! We want to reach this goal through cleanups and prevention.
Cleanups
We organize regular cleanups and everyone is welcome to help! It's important to clean up litter because it harms our environment. What's more: it's great to be active outdoors with other volunteers. Working on the same goal gives so much positive energy. It's gezellig, it's good for your health, and you're helping to save the environment!
Prevention
Cleanups are important, but preventing litter is an even more sustainable solution. As Venlo Schoon, we meet with residents, companies, the municipality, and organizations to raise more awareness about litter and to find solutions and sustainable alternatives. In the fight against litter, we also use art to address the issue creatively.
GROUP CLEANUPS
Register for one of our cleanups, organized throughout the year at various locations in the region of Venlo. Free, fun, and no strings attached. You are very welcome to join our enthusiastic group of volunteers!
INDIVIDUAL CLEANUPS
Get started with your own cleanup! You can get cleanup supplies (litterpicker and gloves) at the municipality through this link. If you prefer to go litterpicking together, let us know which area you want to clean, so we can connect you to other local volunteers.
